This coffee hails from the Chapala Diamantina region of the Bahia state in northeast Brasil at Fazenda Progresso. Grown at 1,150-1,250 MASL. Consisting of the varieties Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai 144, and Topazio. This is a pulped-natural process coffee. In the cup you'll find flavors of milk chocolate, cantaloupe, and yellow peach. It is easily one of our most approachable coffees.
